I have truly enjoyed the film. I think if you removed yourself from the history behind this story, you would appreciate what this grand film. I love the dialogue, the grandeur, and not over preachy about Catholicism. Matthew Goode is a joy to watch.

Huge fan of the original series and while this wasn't the best film in the world it was pretty good, wife liked it too.
