I work in Oxford centre and so I use the Royal Blenheim at lunchtimes. I like the selection of real ales they have - the range changes frequently - and the food's good as well. I've always found the staff friendly and service is quick.
An excellent White Horse pub with a really good choice of real ales.
There are nearly always 4 White Horse beers on and 5 to 6 guests, all kept really well. There is a good mix of people in the pub, only a small portion of students and a lot of normal Oxford people.
Another good thing is that the food is very reasonable (2 meals for £10 with many of their dishes), the pints start from £2.60 and it is a pub that you could quite happily spend a happy evening in.
Lovely pub, and lovely food. The bar maid was friendly and assisted me and my husband in making our food choices. The choice was phenomenal. Just a shame the landlord was rude - ruined what otherwise would have been a 5* review.
My husband and I really enjoyed the food here and the staff were really nice too.
