The corridor has dedicated and friendly staff and locals, always welcoming whether drinking alone or with friends. unfortunately the investment is not being but in by the owner to make the most of it but its a place where u can walk in with one friend and come out with 10. Fantastic atmosphere and always entertaining.
Described as modest and without a unique selling point is a little harsh for The Corridor. Cowley Road has, unfortunately, become increasingly dominated by student bars, student pub crawls, student discounts and student rugby teams.
It's a welcome relief to walk into a clean, smart bar where the barmen take pride in what they serve and seem to value locals and regulars as highly as the students. A fact reflected by their uncanny knowledge of the name of nearly everyone in there. It may not be the most crowded of place on Cowley Road but is possibly one of the most welcoming.
Been coming here for a long time, such a nice pub with a great atmosphere.
