I had been to the House just once before with a crowd of friends late at night when it seemed quite nice. I decided to take an Australian friend there for a pre-dinner drink this evening and was really shocked at how rude the waiter was. He was so miserable and practically threw our cocktails and change at us. So disappointing. I was going to complain before we left but we decided they probably wouldn't care anyway. I haven't experienced such rudeness and poor service for a long time. I had wondered why it seemed so quiet. I can't imagine they'll stay in business for long with that sort of attitude.
